The Honkaku Reserve Interlude series is a collection of one-time releases representing the best long-aged koji spirits we can get our hands on. Each aria was carefully chosen by our founders to reflect the finest matured shochu, awamori, or koji whisky from our distillery partners. Sometimes aged in wood casks, other times in ceramic pots or enamel tanks, each aria is a unique expression of the interlude between the pot still and the bottle.

Aria 03 is a 4-year-old sweet potato shochu finished for one year in a chestnut cask.
