Interlude Aria 02 Calvados Finish 750 ml

The Honkaku Reserve Interlude series is a collection of one-time releases representing the best long-aged koji spirits we can get our hands on. Each aria was carefully chosen by our founders to reflect the finest matured shochu, awamori, or koji whisky from our distillery partners. Sometimes aged in wood casks, other times in ceramic pots or enamel tanks, each aria is a unique expression of the interlude between the pot still and the bottle.

Aria 02 is a 14-year-old barley shochu finished for three years in a calvados cask.
